Our Process

Let us know about your ideal project outcome and send photos of your space to inform our first call.

Owner Anthony will give you a call directly to talk through your space, goals, and an estimated price range.

If we are the right match, we will proceed to an in-home design consultation to take measurements and finalize the vision for your space together.

The Heartwood CAD team will draw up an accurate dimensional 3D rendering of your project, yours to keep!

Handcrafted in the Heartwood shop, your built-ins are constructed perfectly to your custom design.

Installed cleanly and quickly, the finishing is completed, and hardware goes on.
